Small Group Training

Small Group Training is an effective and affordable way to reach your fitness goals at FX. You can combine it with an FX Personal Training plan or you can sign up to  small group training classes in block bookings. 

Most group training classes have a maximum of 6 persons  and are designed to cater for everyone of all ages and abilities, so if you are new to fitness  FX Health & Fitness Studio is a great place to start.
