Sue has worked at Fitness Experience since it opened its doors in 2011 and has always had a keen interest in the benefits of exercise and nutrition. In 1991 Sue received her first relevant qualifications as an Exercise to Music Instructor. Sue taught Aerobics, Step and Aqua Aerobics and delivered exercise to music in some of East Lancashire’s most popular fitness centre’s. Sue has stayed in the industry for over 25 years and has extensive knowledge in a number of areas.
Sue has completed a number of marathons and half marathons whilst fundraising for Multiple Sclerosis (M.S) charities, as well as leading running clubs, developing countless maraton, half marathon and 10k programmes.
Sue currently holds full qualifications in Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates, G.P Referral, Level 4 in Exercise Management for Lower Back Pain, Pilates, Ante and Post Natal Care, UK Athletics running coach,. Sue is a member on the Register of Exercise Professionals, Yoga and Pilates Instructor Register. There are many ‘Personal Trainers’ who have qualifications pertaining to them as Personal Trainers and Sue understands how difficult it is for people to choose a trainer who will motivate them to get the results they seek.
Her passion is however to provide a truly personal service to clients so that they feel comfortable in their training environment which in turn will inspire and help people to achieve their personal fitness goals. Sues approach to her clients has helped 100’s of people lead healthier life’s regardless of injury’s, medical conditions, training history, age or session type preference.
To support this Sue continues to relentlessly pursue further skills and qualifications. This facilitates the use of a holistic approach to develop fitness levels and bespoke training programmes which combine her knowledge of Pilates, Nutrition and Muscular Strength and Endurance Training to ensure positive results for each individual client.
Sue also takes a number of 4:1 Personal Training small Group classes to assist members (and non members) to achieve goals. These includes Kick Start Fat Loss (KSFL) , Pilates, Piloxing and High Impact Intensity Training. There are also the famous Saturday Boot Camps too.
