Semi-professional strength and conditioning is one of our most popular programmes and has helped athletes take their sport to the next level. Semi-professional clubs/sportsmen and women often don’t focus as much on strength and conditioning as much as they should and that’s where FX can help. 

We understand the importance of professionalism in this area especially in athlete’s development. We have planned all types of semi professional plans including clients training for 46 mile fell races right through to semi-professional football clubs. The plans are set by our conditioning coaches and worked through to ensure you get the most out of your activities.
