Here at FX we understand the importance of specific training in top end sport as well as general fitness plans. We have tailored numerous programmes for top athletes with different goals including increasing power, gaining strength, increasing linear and multi directional speed, reducing body fat or increasing cardio vascular endurance.
Our plans follow guidelines set by the UKSCA and are delivered to the highest standard. Athletes on a Fitness Experience conditioning plan go through a rigorous screening process before we assess their needs for the plan including injury history, postural and medical analysis and fitness and lifestyle assessments. We work closely with other professionals such as skills coaches and managers, if they have them, in order to ensure the most effective holistic programmes possible.
Clients of FX have included Jay Rodriguez (England and Southampton FC), Danny Ings (England U21 and Burnley FC) Oliver Norwood (Northern Ireland and Reading FC) and Kieron Tripper (Burnley FC). All of the athletes we have worked with have had different needs in sport and have all followed individualised fitness plans preseason, in season and post season.
