12 Week Transformation

The 12 Week Body Transformation Plan is unlike any plan or package we have ever offered before. The resources available to you dwarf any other plan out there. At your disposal will be 7 Elite and experienced Personal Trainers all with specific areas of expertise. They will be working on each and every aspect of your plan including:-

  • Postural plans which will create balance within the body therefore enhancing movement so you can really push through your workouts.
  • The nutrition plan is totally specific to you and we gather information through targeted questionnaires and consultations to make the right plan for you and your goals, therefore nutritionally balancing your body from the inside creating a healthier human being full of energy and the strength to take on any challenge put before you.
  • The Workout Plans are specific to your goal and fitness levels. Over the 12 weeks we break your plan up into small chunks and set goals for each all striving towards your end goal in the 12 weeks.

Your unique plan includes

  • Either 2 or 3 hours of personal Training per week at a time convenient for you.
  • The 12 week Body Transformation Booklet (exclusively available to the plan).
  • Online Content such as seminars, workouts and recipes.
  • A comprehensive nutritional plan focusing on Macro’s (protein, carbohydrates and fats) with ongoing support from your trainer.
  • Online support.
  • Full peak usage of the facility.
  • 1 x group exercise class per week (booking necessary see group exercise section for list of available classes)

Following this plan will give you the focus and drive to succeed and will provide you with the support and motivation to achieve your goals. A goal without a plan will forever be a goal but following the 12 week body transformation plan will take that goal and make it a reality.
