FX Bootcamp is an OUTDOOR class designed to build strength, stamina and fitness . Boot Camp starts with dynamic stretching and running, followed by a variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, pushups, Burpees, situps and various types of intense explosive routines. Sessions usually finish with stretching.
FX Bootcamp is designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym . These workouts are challenging and are a fantastic way to burn those calories and improve cardio strength and endurance to prepare you for events like Tough Mudder, half and full marathons.

What to Wear
Bootcamps are OUTDOORS at the FX centre so wear suitable protective and waterproof clothing if weather is wet /cold. Trainers, gym pants /short and a lightweight jacket /top. Bring water and a towel.
