Keeping fit and active during pregnancy boosts strength and endurance for labour, and exercising afterwards helps the body recover after birth.
Only Instructors with specialist skills in ante- and post-natal exercise can run classes or train women either before or after having a baby.
Many women want to keep fit and ensure their own health, and their baby’s health is taken care of. This is the ante natal side of the job. Following birth, lots of new mothers look for a new fitness programme to help them get back into shape, and regain strength and tone – post natal exercise.
These small group personal training fitness classes include health & nutrition plans and careful monitoring throughout your exercise programme ensuring you and baby receive the best possible care during or post pregnancy.
