"When I first started doing Pilates I didn't fully understand the benefits I just thought it might be a good class to help with toning. I have now been doing it for about 6 months, The benefits are now obvious I feel much stronger with core strength which helps with so many other types of exercise, much more toned and my body feels more balanced making me aware of correct alignment .
